We stopped building MVPs for people. Now we sell the skills that build them.

AstroMVP is now a skill marketplace

I shut down the agency side of AstroMVP last month.

Not because it wasn't working. We shipped 11 products for founders over the past year. Finix (expense tracker), Tradezo (crypto trading app), Truxo (trucking logistics), ReplyQ (AI lead gen), Rentee (rental marketplace), StyleHair (hairstylist booking), and five more. Real software, real users, real revenue for the people who hired us.

But I kept running into the same problem. A founder would pay us to build their MVP, we'd ship it in a week or two, and then they'd leave with the app but zero understanding of how we built it that fast. The architecture patterns, the component decisions, the shortcuts that actually work in production. All of that stayed locked in our heads.

That bugged me. So I started writing it down.

What a Claude skill actually is

If you've used Claude Code or any AI coding agent, you know the output is only as good as the instructions you give it. Vague prompt, vague code. Specific prompt with real architecture patterns, and you get something that actually works.

A Claude skill is a structured instruction file. You drop it into your agent's context and suddenly it knows how to build a specific type of software the way an experienced developer would. Not generic Stack Overflow answers. Actual patterns from apps that shipped and made money.

We also publish these as OpenClaw skills, so they work with any agent, not just Claude.

The MVPs that proved this works

I didn't plan to turn this into a marketplace. That happened after people started using the skill files on their own and building things I didn't expect.

adworthy.ai went from a Notion doc to a working ad creation platform in 3 days. 300+ templates, style matching from Pinterest URLs, Stripe billing. A founder used our SaaS Builder skill and the Landing Page Builder skill together and had paying customers before the week was over.

cleanmyaislop.com used the Humanizer skill and the SEO Optimizer skill to build a tool that detects and rewrites AI generated text. It started as a weekend project and now has a waitlist.

admix.software was built with the SaaS Builder and shadcn Dashboard skills. Full admin panel, user management, analytics. Shipped in under a week.

clawanywhere.com used pretty much the whole skill stack to build a platform for running Claude skills from anywhere. It's meta, I know. But it works.

These aren't mockups. They're live products with users.

Why this is cheaper than what you're doing now

Here's the math that convinced me to go all in on this.

A dev agency charges $10k to $50k for an MVP. Typical timeline is 6 to 12 weeks. You get a Figma file, some Slack messages, and eventually a codebase you can't modify without calling them back.

A freelancer on Upwork runs $5k to $15k. Timeline is 4 to 8 weeks. Quality varies. A lot.

A single AstroMVP skill costs $29. You own it forever. You can use it on as many projects as you want. And because it teaches your AI agent the patterns directly, you can modify and rebuild whenever you need to. No dependency on anyone.

The founders who built adworthy.ai and admix.software spent under $60 on skills total. Their apps are generating revenue.

The 9 skills in the store

Each one is $29 and works with Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, Codex, Droid, or any AI coding agent.

SaaS Builder is the most popular. Full stack apps with auth, billing, and dashboards. This is the one adworthy.ai and admix.software were built with.

iOS Mobile Builder is for SwiftUI apps with backend integration. If you're building a mobile app and don't want to hire a Swift developer, start here.

Taste & Design fixes the "AI makes ugly apps" problem. Pixel level UI awareness, proper spacing, design system patterns. Your AI agent stops guessing and starts following real design principles.

Humanizer is what cleanmyaislop.com was built on. Your copy reads like a person wrote it. Strips out all the "leverage", "delve", "it's important to note" garbage.

shadcn Dashboard builds admin panels that don't look like a Bootstrap template from 2016. Clean component patterns, proper data tables, chart integrations.

Guerrilla Marketing is for founders who don't have an ad budget. Growth loops, viral mechanics, scrappy distribution tactics that actually work at the $0 to $1k spend level.

SEO Optimizer handles technical SEO, structured data, meta tags, sitemap generation. The stuff that gets you indexed and ranked without hiring an SEO consultant.

Landing Page Builder makes pages that convert. Not just pretty pages. Pages with proper above the fold structure, social proof placement, and CTA patterns that we've tested across our 11 client builds.

Or get the MVP Mega Bundle for $299. Every skill above, plus every new skill we release going forward. If you're building more than one thing this year, this pays for itself on the first project.

How to use a skill in 3 minutes

Not exaggerating on the timeline. Here's what you do.

  1. Buy a skill from the store
  2. Open Claude Code, Cursor, or whatever agent you use
  3. Drop the skill file into your project
  4. Tell your agent what you want to build
  5. The agent reads the skill and builds it using production patterns instead of guessing

Not sure which skill you need? Take the quiz.

You don't need to be a developer. Several of our customers are non technical founders who use Claude Code with a skill file and ship working software the same day. That's the whole point.

One new skill every week

We're releasing a new Claude skill every Tuesday. Each one is based on a real build we've done or a pattern we've seen work across multiple projects.

If you want them sent to your inbox, join the weekly drop list. 500+ founders already get it. No spam, no fluff, just the skill file and a short note on how to use it.

Or reply to this email. I read every one.

P.S. If you're sitting on an MVP idea and not sure where to start, the SaaS Builder skill is $29 and the same file that built adworthy.ai in 3 days. Grab it here and see what your AI agent can do with it.
